I've been using the 18.21 Man Made products for years now and have only positive things to say. The hold on the clay is great and has no shine which is what I prefer. Have used the pomade in the past which smells the same though has more of a shiny finish to it.

She hates the smell of smoke so I was surprised when she said she loves how my hair smells. It also holds great and low shine.

9/6/17 update:I've developed a love/hate relationship with this product. I love what it does for my hair. But, I'm growing tired of the strong fragrance.I feel that if the manufacturer could dial back the potency of the scent, it would improve the overall product.Overall Impression:I love this hair product! I’ve been using this clay for almost 10 years. I love it. I have very thick hair and it holds without looking or feeling greasy. It’s my go-to that I’ll be using as long as I have access to it. One jar lasts months. I barely need to use any every day and even when my hair gets real long it still doesn’t take a lot. Smell is nice but still subtle.
